Mariel Ebrahimi • Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer 

Mariel Ebrahimi co-founded DisruptCRE in 2014 with the goal of connecting industry professionals with emerging technologies and trends. Recently, Mariel has spoken for groups within CoreNet New England, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, NGKF, and at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. In 2015, she was selected as a finalist for the SmartCEO "Skyline Awards" for innovation in commercial real estate and in 2018, a Bisnow NYC Woman of Influence award. With a background in international logistics, tech and supply chain management, Mariel has found a passion at the nexus of commercial real estate and technology. 

 

Gary Chance • Chief Strategy & Operations Officer

Gary Chance joined DisruptCRE in the Fall of 2017 to lead operations and digital strategy. A Wesleyan University grad, Gary has spent the last decade pioneering commercial real estate media. Gary is a Bisnow Media alum (2011 - 2016) and their former VP of digital products. In 2013, he created the Bisnow Morning Brief, in 2014 he created Bisnow’s sponsored content department, in 2015 he co-created and launched BisnowTV, and in 2016 he created Bisnow’s live client analytics portal. He’s worked with hundreds of real estate companies in every industry vertical to develop content, understand media analytics, and create effective digital strategies.

 

Daniel Cervenka • Head of Video Production

Daniel Cervenka joined DisruptCRE in the Summer of 2018 to help scale video production. Originally from Prague, Daniel completed his Masters in media management at The New School and has been producing video content for the last decade for a number of different industries. In 2016, Daniel worked with Gary as a video producer for BisnowTV and continues to work with real estate companies to create video and drone content. At DisruptCRE, Daniel is in charge of all video production, editing, and managing our army of freelancers. Daniel is also the Founder & CEO of Setle, a tech company at the forefront of optimizing transfers and payment for digital work.
